Pune, India: Southeast Asia’s Logistics Tech ecosystem has raised $17.7 billion in all-time equity funding, with Singapore and Jakarta emerging as the region’s dominant funding hubs, according to the latest Logistics Tech – SEA Report released by Tracxn Technologies Limited on September 21, 2026.
The report covers equity funding, investor activity, acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), and company activity across Southeast Asia’s Logistics Tech ecosystem.
It highlights a recent rebound in funding, driven largely by strong activity in Ecommerce Logistics.
The Southeast Asian Logistics Tech sector comprises 1,814 companies, including 229 funded companies. Of these, 138 have raised equity funding, collectively securing $17.7 billion to date.
Logistics Tech Funding Recovers After 2023
Funding in Southeast Asia’s Logistics Tech sector has recovered in recent years after reaching a low of $84 million in 2023.
Annual funding stood at $1.1 billion in 2021 before moderating to $84 million in 2023. Funding then recovered to $266 million in 2024, $262 million in 2025 and $339 million in 2026 YTD.
The $339 million raised in 2026 YTD represents the highest annual funding level for the Logistics Tech sector since 2021.
The recent funding recovery has been supported by several large investment rounds.
Zelostech accounted for three of the five largest funding rounds since 2025, including a $300 million Series C round in February 2026 and two $100 million Series B rounds in April and October 2025.
Neptune Robotics raised $52 million in September 2025, while Waresix secured $27 million in August 2026.
Ecommerce Logistics Drives Recent Funding
Ecommerce Logistics has emerged as the leading business model within Southeast Asia’s Logistics Tech ecosystem in terms of recent funding activity.
The segment has attracted $500 million since 2025, including $300 million in 2026 YTD. Zelostech accounted for a significant share of this funding.
Freight Transportation Management ranked next, raising $64 million since 2025, including $12 million in 2026 YTD. The funding activity in this segment was led by rounds raised by Neptune Robotics, McEasy and MagicPort.
The funding activity highlights the continued concentration of recent capital deployment within specific business models in the Southeast Asian Logistics Tech ecosystem.

Two Logistics Tech Unicorns in Southeast Asia
Two companies in the Southeast Asian Logistics Tech ecosystem have reached unicorn status, with both achieving the milestone in 2021.
- Singapore-based Ninja Van, a technology-enabled logistics and last-mile delivery company, crossed the $1 billion valuation mark in September 2021.
- Thailand-based Flash Express, which provides e-commerce logistics and delivery services, reached unicorn status in June 2021.
Both companies became unicorns in 2021, making the year a notable period for the region’s Logistics Tech ecosystem.
Singapore and Jakarta Lead Logistics Tech Funding
Funding in Southeast Asia’s Logistics Tech sector remains concentrated around two major hubs.
Singapore leads the region with $11.4 billion in funding received to date. Jakarta follows with $5.4 billion.
Bangkok ranks third with $777 million in funding. Other cities have received less than $50 million each, indicating that capital deployment within the regional Logistics Tech ecosystem is concentrated around Singapore and Jakarta.
Acquisitions Remain More Common Than IPOs
The Southeast Asian Logistics Tech ecosystem has recorded 17 acquisitions compared with eight IPOs, making acquisitions the more frequently recorded exit route.
Companies in the sector took an average of 12.9 years from their first funding round to an acquisition. In comparison, companies that went public took an average of 7.7 years from their first funding round to an IPO.
The sector recorded no acquisitions or IPOs in 2026 YTD.
According to Tracxn’s report, the Southeast Asian Logistics Tech ecosystem has therefore seen more companies exit through acquisitions than public listings, while recent funding activity has been driven largely by Ecommerce Logistics.
