Max Zhu joins Flarre.AI with nearly two decades of experience at the forefront of the insurance industry’s evolution.
He brings extensive experience in leading enterprise transformation programs, modernizing policy administration systems, enhancing underwriting effectiveness, and streamlining risk assessment processes.
Max Zhu is an expert in architecting innovative solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities.
His experience includes delivering a blueprint for impactful and sustainable process transformation across complex insurance operations.

As COO, Max Zhu will lead Flarre.AI’s operations across carrier adoption, platform delivery, professional services, partner ecosystem, and operational execution. His responsibilities will span the Americas, UK, APAC and ANZ.
In his role, Max Zhu will work closely with the founding team to align product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies behind carrier outcomes.
He will also help Flarre.AI bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities while delivering impactful and sustainable process transformation.
With his experience across enterprise transformation, policy administration, underwriting, risk assessment, and insurance technology, Max Zhu will be responsible for supporting Flarre.AI’s operational execution as the company scales its solutions across the insurance industry.
