Justin Marcucci has been named President, while Bhavesh Mehta joins as Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).
As President, Justin Marcucci will spearhead Apexon’s global commercial organization, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. Marcucci brings over 25 years of experience in scaling digital-first organizations.
Previously, he served as Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director at Endava, playing a pivotal role in their IPO and leading large-scale digital transformations for Fortune 500 firms. He also founded Nickelfish, a renowned digital agency acquired by Endava.
In his role as Chief Delivery Officer, Bhavesh Mehta will lead Apexon’s global delivery operations, focusing on AI-powered engineering, automation, and delivery optimization.
With extensive experience in managing high-performing global teams, Mehta has held senior positions at Capgemini and Eviden (Atos Group), where he was instrumental in executing transformation programs across BFSI, Healthcare, and other key verticals.
