Moon: CollarEV Launches Electric Two-Wheeler for B2B Logistics Market

CollarEV

New Delhi: CollarEV has unveiled its latest innovation, ‘Moon,’ a purpose-built electric two-wheeler tailored for India’s fast-growing B2B delivery and logistics ecosystem.

With CollarEV focusing on durability, performance, and fleet efficiency, the new e-bike aims to address the increasing need for reliable and cost-effective electric mobility solutions for last-mile delivery and commercial applications across the country.

India’s two-wheeler market crossed 20 million units in sales in 2025, with electric two-wheelers accounting for approximately 1.4 million units.

This underscores a significant growth opportunity for EV adoption. However, while most offerings are focused on individual consumers, CollarEV is targeting the relatively underserved B2B delivery segment through its purpose-built solution.

The newly launched CollarEV ‘Moon’ electric two-wheeler offers an estimated range of around 135 km on a single charge. It is powered by a 51.2 V, 45 Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack with a capacity of 2.3 kWh.

The vehicle supports fast charging, enabling a 0–80% charge in nearly 2 hours and a full charge in approximately 2.5 hours – making it highly suitable for high-usage fleet operations.

Designed for commercial efficiency, the CollarEV ‘Moon’ is equipped with a BLDC hub motor delivering 1500 W rated power and 2200 W peak power, allowing a top speed of 50 km/h.

With 95 Nm torque at the wheel, the vehicle ensures strong load-carrying capability. Built for rugged usage, it features dual disc brakes, 12-inch wheels, and a payload capacity of up to 150 kg.

Tikendra Yadav from CollarEV said, “Much of the current B2B electric two-wheeler market in India is dominated by low-cost imported vehicles that often face challenges in durability and after-sales reliability. With our new EV for the B2B segment, our goal is to address this gap by developing a purpose-built electric vehicle with a minimalist yet robust structural design that reduces maintenance requirements while ensuring long-term performance.

The fully metal chassis and body structure make it particularly suited for demanding commercial and fleet operations. It reflects our commitment to building reliable electric mobility solutions for businesses, and as part of our broader vision, we are also preparing to launch this B2C electric scooter between May and June to serve the growing consumer EV market, which will be first in the segment.”

To meet modern fleet management needs, CollarEV has integrated smart features into the vehicle, including a TFT display with telematics for asset tracking and fleet monitoring, along with keyless start and stop functionality.

The platform also supports multiple multi-utility attachments, enabling businesses to customize the vehicle for diverse delivery and logistics use cases.

CollarEV: Powered by LFP Battery Pack

The CollarEV electric two-wheeler is powered by an LFP battery pack designed to deliver over 1000 charging cycles, ensuring extended operational life.

The company also offers a lifetime battery replacement or upgrade option integrated with IoT-based monitoring systems, allowing real-time tracking of battery health and performance.

Additionally, CollarEV is currently testing supercapacitor-assisted battery technology to further enhance charging speed, durability, and lifecycle performance.

Targeting last-mile delivery companies, logistics aggregators, fleet operators, and delivery executives, the CollarEV ‘Moon’ is also suitable for practical applications such as milk distribution, vegetable delivery, small retail logistics, rural transportation, and agricultural supply chains—particularly in Tier-3 and Tier-4 markets.

The initial rollout of the CollarEV electric two-wheeler will focus on Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, along with rural and semi-urban regions where demand for durable and cost-efficient electric mobility solutions continues to grow.
