NORRISTOWN, Pa.: ResultsCX has announced the appointment of Gautam Thakkar as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Gautam Thakkar will also join the company’s Board of Directors as the global Customer Experience Management (CXM) services provider positions itself for the next phase of growth in an industry increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and automation.

The appointment of Gautam Thakkar brings to the organization more than three decades of global leadership experience in business services.

Throughout his career, Gautam Thakkar has built a strong track record of scaling technology-enabled operations, embedding digital platforms into service delivery, and driving sustained and profitable growth at scale.

His experience spans global service organizations where technology, analytics, and operational excellence play a central role in delivering measurable business outcomes.

Gautam Thakkar: Founding Leader of Infosys BPM

Earlier in his career, Gautam Thakkar was a founding leader of Infosys BPM and served as its Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in building and expanding a global business process management platform.

Under Gautam Thakkar’s leadership, Infosys BPM helped enterprises modernize outsourcing strategies by combining deep process expertise with analytics, automation, and technology-enabled delivery.

This approach helped advance outsourcing models toward technology-led transformation for global enterprises.

Most recently, Gautam Thakkar served as Chief Executive Officer of Unifi Aviation, where he led a multi-year transformation focused on deploying advanced technology, implementing data-driven operating models, and strengthening operational execution.

Under Gautam Thakkar’s leadership, Unifi Aviation scaled its revenue nearly four-fold over a five-year period. The organization expanded to nearly 45,000 employees and approached $2 billion in revenue, driven primarily by organic growth, stronger operational systems, and targeted acquisitions.

The leadership approach adopted by Gautam Thakkar at Unifi Aviation emphasized measurable accountability, operational precision, and scalable technology integration.

These elements helped significantly elevate both employee and customer experience across the company’s global operations.
