New Delhi: ZF Aftermarket reaffirmed its position as a global automotive aftermarket leader at ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026, presenting innovative solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial and agricultural applications.

ZF Aftermarket introduces ZF MultiScan diagnostics solution
At the event, ZF Aftermarket presented ZF MultiScan, a new multi-brand diagnostics solution within the ZF [pro]Diagnostics ecosystem.
Designed for workshops across segments, the tool enables reliable diagnostics across tens of thousands of vehicle models and essential vehicle systems through an extensive database.
ZF MultiScan supports major diagnostic protocols including Diagnostics over Internet Protocol (DoIP) and CAN FD. It also enables access to OE data security gateways and includes PassThru (J2534) capabilities, allowing workshops to unlock OE security gateways through a single registration process.
The system is designed to help workshops diagnose issues quickly and accurately, reducing downtime and improving service efficiency.
ZF Aftermarket: Strengthening fleet safety and digital connectivity
ZF is expanding its presence in India’s commercial vehicle segment with safety-focused and digitally connected solutions.
The company unveiled India’s first AIS 113-compliant connected trailer solution, integrating Trailer EBS with the Trailer Pulse telematics unit on the ZF SCALAR cloud platform to enhance operational transparency and road safety.
ZF also showcased its AI-driven Video Management System, which provides 360-degree vehicle visibility and real-time event detection. The system includes intelligent in-cab alerts designed to improve driver behavior, safety, and fleet compliance.

ZF Aftermarket: Expanding parts portfolio across mobility segments
ZF continues to expand its aftermarket product portfolio tailored to Indian operating conditions across passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway applications.
New product introductions include:
- TRW DTEC ceramic brake pads for passenger cars, offering low-dust and eco-friendly performance.
- SACHS 430 mm heavy-duty clutch for commercial vehicles designed for long service life and smooth engagement.
- SACHS tractor clutch discs and kits manufactured in India for agricultural and industrial applications.
- ZF ASP and ASP PLUS pneumatic cartridges for extended service intervals and reliable performance.
- Door control solutions for buses to enhance passenger safety and operational uptime.
Strengthening workshop ecosystem with ZF [pro]Tech
Following the inauguration of the first ZF [pro]Tech plus workshops in India, the company continues to expand its nationwide workshop network.
The initiative supports workshop partners with technical know-how, training, mounting instructions, service campaigns, and marketing support.
A forthcoming training program will further equip workshops to manage increasingly complex automotive technologies while delivering improved service quality. These workshops play a key role in ZF’s strategy of delivering localized solutions and supporting long-term mobility sustainability.
