Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26 results underline a strong, broad-based performance, with the company reporting robust revenue growth, margin expansion, and double-digit profit growth for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) announced that consolidated sales grew 9% year-on-year in INR terms, supported by healthy underlying volume growth of 7%.

In Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26, consolidated EBITDA margins expanded to 21.6%, reflecting a 16% year-on-year growth, while consolidated net profit (excluding exceptional items and one-offs) rose 14% year-on-year.

The performance was driven by disciplined cost management, operating leverage, and steady demand across key markets.

Standalone India operations delivered strong growth, with underlying volume growth of 9% and sales growth of 11% year-on-year.

Indonesia reported mid-single-digit underlying volume growth, although sales declined by 3% due to continued pricing pressures. Africa, USA, and the Middle East (GAUM) businesses posted strong momentum, with sales rising 19% in INR terms.

Commenting on Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26, Sudhir Sitapati, Managing Director and CEO, said the quarter delivered strong, broad-based performance aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.

Consolidated revenues grew 9% in INR terms, supported by robust volume growth, while EBITDA growth of 16% and net profit growth of 14% highlighted the sustainability of earnings.

He noted that the India business recorded high single-digit volume growth, with EBITDA margins at 24.8%, aided by favourable input costs, calibrated pricing actions, and improved operating leverage.

Home Care posted 12% value growth, driven by Air Fresheners and Fabric Care, while Personal Care grew 7%, supported by improved affordability following GST reduction and stable commodity prices.

India Business Performance in Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26

Under Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26, India sales increased 11% to ₹2,484 crore, while EBITDA rose 22% to ₹616 crore.

Home Care grew 12%, led by strong performance in Air Fresheners, Fabric Care, and Household Insecticides. Market share gains continued across key categories, supported by product innovation and superior formulations.

Personal Care growth of 7% was driven by recovery in Personal Wash and strong momentum in Hair Colour across crème and shampoo formats.

International Markets Performance in Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26

In Indonesia, Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26 delivered underlying volume growth of 5%, led by Shampoo Hair Colour and Baby Care.

Sales declined by 3% due to competitive pricing pressures, while EBITDA grew 2% on the back of strict cost discipline.

The GAUM region delivered strong results, with sales growth of 19% and EBITDA growth of 18%. Hair Fashion and Air Fresheners were key growth drivers, supported by strong consumer traction for the Aer Pocket brand across markets.

Outlook Following Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26

Following Godrej Consumer Products Q3FY26, the company remains confident of achieving high single-digit consolidated revenue growth for the full year.

The India business is expected to sustain growth while maintaining normative EBITDA margins, while GAUM continues to target double-digit revenue and profit growth.

Despite near-term pressures in select international markets, GCPL expects a strong exit trajectory into FY27.
