Pune: Unbox Robotics, a supply chain robotics technology company, has raised US$28 million (₹243 crore) in a Series B funding round led by ICICI Venture and Redstart Labs (Infoedge), with participation from F-Prime, 3one4 Capital, Navam Capital, Force Ventures, and other existing investors.
The funding round includes a mix of primary and secondary capital and will support Unbox Robotics’ plans to strengthen its leadership and engineering teams, accelerate product development, and expand its market presence in India and select global markets.
The Series B fundraise marks a significant milestone in Unbox Robotics’ growth journey as it continues to scale its robotics-led automation solutions for warehouse and logistics operations.
As part of the transaction, the company also enabled meaningful employee liquidity through its ESOP programme.

Unbox Robotics to Accelerate Product Innovation and Global Expansion
Founded with the objective of transforming intralogistics through intelligent automation, Unbox Robotics develops and deploys modular robotic systems designed to improve speed, scalability, and efficiency in order fulfilment.
The company’s platform integrates proprietary swarm-intelligence software with modular 3D robotic sortation hardware, enabling large fleets of robots to dynamically coordinate and scale throughput with minimal fixed infrastructure.
Unbox Robotics has established a growing customer base across India, Europe, and the United States, serving global e-commerce companies, retailers, and third-party logistics providers.
The investment led by ICICI Venture further strengthens the company’s position as it scales operations and deepens its footprint in international markets.

According to Pramod Ghadge, Founder & CEO, Unbox Robotics, the funding represents a key inflection point for the company as it builds on strong year-on-year growth and profitability.
The capital will be deployed towards building a world-class team, accelerating new product development, and expanding across priority global markets in response to rising demand for warehouse automation.
