Bellevue, WASH.: AI-powered contract intelligence company Icertis has announced its acquisition of Dioptra.
The acquisition aims to accelerate the company’s AI-first contracting vision, enhance the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, and reinforce its leadership in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) market.
With more than 80% of C-suite executives now prepared to rely on AI agents for contract negotiations, the combined capabilities of Icertis and Dioptra bring advanced automation, accuracy, and efficiency to enterprise contracting.

Dioptra’s precision redlining and automated playbook creation will augment the ICI platform, enabling legal teams to execute contract reviews, negotiations, and drafting with greater speed and consistency.

Contract data was historically stored across an average of 24 disparate systems, according to World Commerce & Contracting. Icertis Contract Intelligence brings this data together into one unified platform to streamline contract creation, negotiations, and performance management.
The addition of Dioptra enhances the platform’s pre-signature operations with features such as:

- Agent-driven risk review to identify compliance issues and reduce liability

Dioptra’s founding team joins Icertis to drive next-gen AI innovation
Co-founded by Pierre Arnoux, Farah Gasmi, and Jacques Arnoux – industry veterans from Spotify, IBM Watson, Yahoo, and Columbia University – Dioptra has built AI solutions that emphasize accuracy, reliability, and business context.
