Mumbai: TIPS Music Ltd (formerly Tips Industries Ltd.) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, showcasing steady performance and double-digit growth across key metrics.

The company reported a robust performance in TIPS Music Q2FY26, driven by strong content releases and expanding digital reach.

TIPS Music Q2FY26: Revenue and Profit Surge

For TIPS Music Q2FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹89.2 crore, marking an 11% year-on-year increase compared to ₹80.6 crore in Q2FY25. The company’s Operating EBITDA rose 14% YoY to ₹67.8 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) climbed 10% YoY to ₹53.2 crore.

In H1FY26, TIPS Music achieved revenue growth of 15% YoY, reaching ₹177.3 crore, while PAT grew 8% YoY to ₹98.9 crore. Operating margins remained strong, reflecting the company’s efficient cost management and high catalogue performance.

Content and Digital Milestones

TIPS Music Q2FY26 saw release of 133 new songs – comprising 76 film tracks and 57 non-film tracks. The Telugu track “Vibe Undi” emerged as one of the biggest hits of the quarter, crossing 69 million YouTube views. Other releases like “Raaj Karega Mallik” also gained massive traction, exceeding 25 million views.

Legacy hits continued to perform exceptionally well across Meta platforms. Iconic songs like “Tere Aane Se” from Run garnered 1.5 billion views, while “Saajan Saajan” and “Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaaye” achieved 850 million and 700 million views respectively.

The company’s YouTube subscriber base expanded to 134 million during the quarter, further strengthening its digital footprint.

TIPS Music Q2FY26: Dividend and Strategic Outlook

TIPS Music declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per share for Q2FY26, amounting to ₹51.13 crore, bringing the total payout for FY26 to ₹102.26 crore.

Commenting on the results, Kumar Taurani, Chairman & Managing Director, said, “Despite the challenging industry environment, the company’s revenue grew by 15% YoY in H1FY26. We foresee sustained momentum driven by paid subscriber growth, ad revenue sharing from short-form content platforms, and the expanding public performance segment.”
