Mumbai: The Abhay Bhutada Foundation has donated ₹5 crore to the Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, extending its strong support to flood-affected communities across the state.
The contribution forms part of the Foundation’s larger ₹8 crore relief commitment aimed at assisting immediate recovery and long-term rebuilding efforts.
CA Abhay Bhutada, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Chairman of the Abhay Bhutada Foundation, personally handed over the cheque of ₹5 crore to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in Mumbai.

The Chief Minister expressed appreciation for the Foundation’s timely donation, highlighting its importance in accelerating state-led rehabilitation programs for flood victims.

In addition to the CM Relief Fund donation, the Abhay Bhutada Foundation has allocated ₹3 crore to assist grassroots organizations working in the Marathwada region.
The initiative focuses on rebuilding homes and livelihoods of flood-affected farmers, ensuring that communities regain stability and self-reliance.
“Giving back to society is not just a duty – it’s a calling,” said CA Abhay Bhutada. “Being from Latur, one of the severely affected districts, this disaster strikes close to home. Our people are strong, but they need collective support to rebuild. I urge everyone in Maharashtra to contribute to this cause.”
