New Delhi: VinFast Auto India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Castrol India Limited to expand and strengthen its EV After-sales Service Network across the country.
The collaboration is aimed at providing accessible, reliable, and high-quality EV after-sales service network support to VinFast EV customers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a trusted service ecosystem in India.
As part of the agreement, Castrol India will make selected outlets from its extensive network of more than 750 Castrol Auto Service (CAS) workshops in 300+ cities available to VinFast customers. These workshops will include VinFast-branded service bays, certified EV technicians, and genuine VinFast spare parts.
EV After-sales Service Network: Transparency, Convenience, Consistent Service Quality
Under the MoU, VinFast will provide service manuals, diagnostic tools, technical training, and warranty coverage protocols, while Castrol will ensure its workshops adhere to infrastructure and capability benchmarks.
The partnership will also leverage Castrol’s advanced service protocols and digitally integrated ecosystem to guarantee transparency, convenience, and consistent service quality for EV owners.

VinFast has been actively strengthening its presence in India’s EV sector. Recently, the company inaugurated its first overseas assembly facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, with an initial capacity of 50,000 vehicles annually, scalable up to 150,000 units.
The facility is expected to generate thousands of direct jobs. Additionally, VinFast plans to establish 35 dealerships across 27 cities by the end of 2025 through partnerships with leading dealer groups.
EV After-sales Service Network: Long-Term Reliability
With the launch of its premium EV SUVs, VF 6 and VF 7, VinFast is simultaneously building a robust EV After-sales Service Network to provide customers with confidence, convenience, and long-term reliability.
Together with Castrol, the company aims to set new benchmarks in EV service quality, diagnostics, and customer support, further contributing to India’s transition towards sustainable mobility.
