Chennai: Visteon Corporation (NASDAQ: VC), a global leader in automotive electronics and connected cockpit solutions, today announced the launch of the Visteon SCHOLAR Program in India.
Introduced under Visteon University, the initiative has been rolled out across 26 engineering colleges, aiming to disrupt traditional pedagogy and build a future-ready talent pipeline.

It focuses on hands-on training, simulated experiences, and mentorship by Visteon leaders, addressing the crucial readiness gap between classroom learning and real-world industry requirements.

Classroom-to-Cockpit Learning Model
The Visteon SCHOLAR Program is built on an accelerated “Classroom-to-Cockpit” learning framework, designed to empower students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities with skills relevant to the automotive software sector. Its core focus areas include:

- Skill Development: Training students in advanced tools, technologies, and simulation projects.
