Pune: Coffee Island, in collaboration with Vita Nova, has announced its official entry into Maharashtra, opening two cafés at Amanora Mall and Tribeca Highstreet.

With this expansion, the European specialty coffee brand is now operational across four Indian cities – Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Pune – while strengthening its vision of creating a premium coffee experience in India.

Strategically opening at Amanora Mall, a leading retail hub, and Tribeca Highstreet, a rising lifestyle destination, the brand positions itself at the heart of Pune’s evolving café culture. These outlets are designed to serve a diverse customer base including students, professionals, families, and international travellers.

Distinctive Menu and All-Day Dining

The Pune cafés feature Coffee Island’s signature beverages, crafted from Global Single Estate Beans, Global Blends, and unique Home Blends.

Highlights include the Prebiotic Overnight Brew, Java Chip Killer, Islander Cold Coffee, The Long Pour, Bobastic Coffeeccino, and Ibrik Coffee. Matcha enthusiasts can enjoy Bobastic Coconut Matcha, Vietnamese Matcha, and J1 Ceremonial Grade Matcha-based drinks.

To complement the beverages, the all-day dining menu curated by internationally acclaimed chef Arjyo Banerjee offers artisanal sandwiches, pastas, salads, and desserts.

Standouts include Pepperoncini Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Roasted Tomato Basil Bocconcini Pide, Fried Chicken Crombollini, Choco Chip Berliner, and Tiramisu Paris Brest.

True to its commitment to sustainability, the brand directly partners with small farmers in regions such as Kenya and Ethiopia, procures beans under fair-trade practices, upcycles coffee waste, and adopts biodegradable packaging solutions.

Following the Coffee Island Pune Launch, the brand aims to expand to Mumbai and Bangalore while pursuing a long-term vision of opening 250 cafés across India by 2029. Beyond India, Coffee Island also plans to enter neighbouring markets including Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, and the Maldives.
