Dubai: PSAG Technologies, a global professional services, consulting, and technology solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Anil Hingorani as General Manager – Business Operations for its Middle East headquarters in Dubai.
In this leadership role, Anil Hingorani will be responsible for advancing operational excellence, driving customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives, and accelerating business growth across the Middle East and neighboring markets. His appointment reinforces PSAG Technologies’ strategic focus on strengthening its regional footprint.

With over two decades of international experience, Anil Hingorani brings deep expertise in CX digital transformation, having led roles in solution consulting, presales, service delivery, and sales across EMEA, APAC, and the U.S. His industry knowledge spans BFSI, Retail, and the Public Sector.
He is a certified TOGAF, PRINCE2, and ITIL professional and an alumnus of the General Management Program at IIM Ahmedabad. Over the years, he has forged strong alliances with global technology leaders such as Tableau and SAS to deliver sector-focused CX solutions.
