Pune: Real estate developer Paranjape Schemes has secured ₹150 crore from WSB Real Estate Partners and its co-investors to fund strategic land acquisitions in Pune. The investment will focus on unlocking high-potential land parcels across the company’s flagship township projects.
The funding marks a continuation of the trusted partnership between Paranjape Schemes and WSB Real Estate Partners. Over the years, WSB has supported multiple investments with the developer, underscoring strong confidence in its execution capabilities and long-term vision.

Capital Infusion to Unlock Blue Ridge and Forest Trails Expansion
The ₹150 crore raised will be deployed to activate new residential phases within two of Paranjape’s landmark townships: Blue Ridge in Hinjawadi and Forest Trails in Bhugaon. These expansions will further enhance community infrastructure, scale, and lifestyle offerings for residents.
